Fists of Thunder

[:1]In the class resource system page of the new Diablo 3 site, there was a description of the monk's spirit mechanic, and a part of it caught my eye:

Other skills, however, are available to help generate spirit. Fists of Thunder is one of these: a series of extremely fast punches do lightning damage to enemies and have a chance to interrupt incoming enemy attacks.

The part that caught my eye was the chance to interrupt incoming enemy attacks. In a general sense I thought that damage in D3 would always have a chance to put enemies into hit recovery, but this seems like something different. Does the attack and/or the lightning have an added chance to disrupt enemy attacks and skills? Is it that every skill that has lightning as a side effect have an additional chance to interrupt, and well see this crop up in other class skills as well? Am I reading to much into this and Blizzard is just describing the basic hit recovery mechanic and just adding it to this skill description?|||Well, people described something akin to hit recovery at the media event on a Barbarian, so...

It's probably an added chance of it. With high enough attack speed, could be pretty ridiculous.
