Monk questions

[:1]Since there was no monk-chitchat thread I created this as I have a few skill questions myself.

As awesome as Breath of Heaven is, as it looks now, what would be the idea of putting more than 1 skill point in it? And what could runes possibly do to this awesome spell?

Other one is Serenity, where he stands in a bubble and reflects ranged damage(I might have gotten this one mixed up as I remember one called Impenetrable Defense). Again, I don't see myself putting more than 1 skill point in it. Also, how awesome will reflecting a meteor be? Can it reflect everything? Say, another huge bell thrown by a monk?|||They could make it where Breath of Heaven only removes X number of debuffs per skill point instead of all of them, forcing more points but still likely only a few.

Possible rune effects:

Makes party immune to debuffs for X seconds.

Increase radius of effect.

No longer removes debuffs and heals party to full instead, adds Y sec CD (or increases CD by Y sec).

Randomly transfers DoT effects from players to mobs within the radius.

Turns spell into a massive AoE DoT effect that burns all monster in the area for Z dmg over Y sec.

And the boring, reduced spirit cost.

The serenity as listed doesn't reflect attacks (impenetrable defense was dropped as far as we know) it just protects you as long as you stand within the rune. Skill points could increase the duration of the effect.

Possible rune effects:

Increase the radius of the shield and allow other players to benefit from it while they stand inside it.

Make the shield travel with you but decrease it's duration.

Make it a targetable spell that traps any enemies inside for X sec preventing them from taking any actions (I'd say making them immune to dmg as well but that's just to griefable)

Have it reflect attacks but only apply to ranged attacks. (brings back impen. def. more or less)

And of course, reduced spirit cost.
